Mobile app automates service process at Relex

Organi provides an integrated software solution that helps Relex to be more efficient and thus more competitive. The desktop application has been recently extended with a weblogin for customers where they are able to schedule their appointments, as well as a mobile service application for a full 'on the field' handling of service requests.

The app provides an optimal interaction with the back-office package (ORDAS). Information such as hours worked, consumed goods, transport times or photos of the project flow automatically. Customers sign work orders on a mobile device and get their confirmation sent by mail.

In other words: optimal support, with only benefits for the company.
