General Stores opts for Organi's ERP solution

General Stores is a family-owned company that has been importing and distributing wines since 1947. During the 80s, the business enjoyed a considerable expansion with the imports of quality wines, mainly French wines, initially at least. Gradually the range and knowledge was extended with wines from Spain, Portugal, Austria, Italy, Chile, Argentina and North America.

The company has two places of business, both located in Ostend.

Its clients are private citizens, the corporate sector and the hospitality industry.

The company's guiding principles are offering its clientele a broad and top-quality range at fair prices and swift and timely delivery.

General Stores settles for nothing less than the best wines at the best prices.

With innovation and growth in mind, General Stores went in search of a new, modern and, above all, fully integrated ERP system. A centralised platform facilitates a 'lean' approach and allows General Stores to serve its customers online, via dealers and its 2 own stores.
To meet these requirements, the wine merchant went for Organi's operational application ORDAS & financial application ORAS.

In addition, Organi has also been asked to supply the company's hardware.
